Exon Labs provides AI-powered software products and SaaS solutions. Our services include, but are not limited to, AI development tools, analytics platforms, and enterprise software integrations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or related systems.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our software, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Exon Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

Certain services may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. For existing subscriptions, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exon Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
