We are building something ambitious at Exon Labs, and we need people who want to work on hard problems from the earliest possible stage.

Right now we are hiring across three areas. First, backend engineers with experience in distributed systems and real-time data pipelines — Roavo's pricing engine will need to handle millions of live inventory queries at scale, and the infrastructure needs to be fast, resilient, and observable from day one.

Second, machine learning engineers who have built and shipped recommendation or ranking systems. Our model stack is the core of the product. We need people who understand both the research side and the engineering side well enough to move quickly without accumulating debt.

Third, a product designer who thinks in systems. Roavo's interface is deceptively complex — it has to surface nuanced AI reasoning in a way that feels simple and trustworthy. We want someone who can hold that tension and design toward clarity.
